When AZEK wanted a single portal that would allow their nationwide group of contractors to select branded merchandise incentives, they called on the Leaderpromos Agency.
Our agency created a webstore where dedicated contractors could choose merchandise to show their support and pride for being a member of the AZEK family. Additionally, based on how much AZEK/TimberTech product a contractor buys, AZEK rewards them with free marketing dollars that they can use in a variety of ways. One of those ways is to use marketing funds to order AZEK/TimberTech branded promo products and apparel from the webstore. Contractors can even co-brand some products with their own logo alongside the AZEK/TimberTech branding.
The store is updated throughout the year to include seasonal items and continually offers the latest and most exciting products for lifestyle, tech, and apparel.
Leaderpromos also concepted and designed AZEK’s welcome kit for new hires. Practical and desirable items—such as a backpack with a USB charging port, vacuum tumbler, custom die-cut mousepad, and more—help new hires feel appreciated and at home from day one.
